Ala Wai Community Park - Replace Baseball Field Lights

The project shall generally consist of the replacement of the lighting system at Ala Wai Community Park Replacement of Baseball Field Lighting System including all poles, cages, foundation, walkways, associated conduit/wiring, and Hawaiian Electric's Service as indicated and other miscellaneous and appurtenant work, in place complete.

Kalaeloa Bldg 117 - Emergency Power System

The project shall generally consist of completion and activation of emergency power system for USPFO. This will include the installation of 150kW generator and related electrical fixtures and appliances to provide emergency electrical power to USPFO.
LCC Campus Wide - Replace Electrical Transformers

This project generally consists of but is not limited to the replacement of the existing unitized substations at the PS, GT, and LA buildings, and constructed transformer and switchgear vaults.
Schofield and Wheeler - Demo & Replace Existing Light Fixtures at 10 Bldgs
Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield
The project shall generally consist of the demolition and replacement of existing light fixtures with more energy efficient lighting systems at ten buildings at three sites. Retrofit magnetic ballasts HID and HPW light fixtures with energy efficient induction and T5H0 lighting.
Bilger Hall Addition - Replace Electrical Service Equipment
University of Hawaii at Manoa
The project shall consist of selective demolition and new construction to facilitate the replacement of the Bilger Addition electrical service equipment, distribution transformers, and main electrical distribution apparatus. The work involves work at 12.47kV, 480V, and 208V and includes the construction of a new electrical room.
UHM Sinclair Library - Electrical Panel Replacement
University of Hawaii at Manoa
The project generally consists of replacing nine (9) existing electrical panels, panel breaker complements, fire alarm device relocation, demolition, painting, fire stopping, hazardous material monitoring and handling, complete.
State Capitol - Fire Alarm System Improvements

The project shall generally consist of providing a new fire alarm system which will include installation of initiating devices (manual and automatic) and notification devices (audible and visual). Existing systems such as pre-action and CO2 systems will be connected to the new system. Demolition of the balance of existing system will commence after installation complete and tested.
Nuʻuanu Elementary School - Electrical Upgrade

The project shall generally consist of upgrading the electrical equipment (i.e. transformers and distribution panels) on various buildings which will require demolition, trenching, concrete work, and penetration of building end walls.
Sensor Bldg 1898 - Install Lights Occupancy

The project shall generally consist of installing Occupancy Sensor system for all fluorescent fixtures to maximize energy efficiency of current fixture locations and lighting levels. Sensors to be fixtured, wall and/or ceiling mounted devises will sense, adjust and conserve utilizing dual technology, passive infrared and ultrasonic. Manual wall switch locations to provide manual override.
State Capitol - Replace Switchgear
Hawaii State Capitol Building
Project consist of removal of existing switchgear. Replace with new switchgear in the same location with limited power outage time.
DOT - Computerized Traffic Control System
Department of Transportation
The project shall generally consist of installing Traffic Cameras and over 700,000 feet of fiber optic cable.
